Shipping policy

All orders (excluding pre-order items) will be shipped out within 5-7 working days and an email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped.

For international orders, our courier rates do not include import tax and we regret to inform that import tax will be borne by you.
