RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in making good quality clothing for our customers and we understand there may be unlikely occasions where the item is not suitable.

Please refer to our policy to proceed.

For returns, exchanges or defective items, please send us an email within 2 working days from date of goods receipt.

In your email subject line, please state: RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ DEFECTIVE- Order #

 

Once you have received an email reply from us to proceed,

RETURNS

  1. You can return your online order by tracked mail within 10 working days (for Singapore orders) and 30 working days (for overseas orders) from date of email confirmation.
  2. All returned items must be directly purchased from www.shoponhighnote.com only. They must be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Items will be inspected upon reaching us.

All successful returns will receive store credits, and you will be notified by email within 10 working days. Cash refund is not available.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

  1. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you via tracked mail. Postage fees, custom duties and taxes (for overseas orders) will have to be borne by you.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. You may only exchange once per order.
  2. For size exchange, it will be based on stock availability.
  3. If you are exchanging to an item of greater value, we will issue you a credit code to be applied at check-out. The balance amount will have to be paid by you.
  4. If you are exchanging to an item of lower value, we will issue the balance amount in the form of store credits.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM

We sincerely apologize for overlooking during our quality checks.

Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, please include pictures of the item received, incorrect product name, size and colour in your email. Our team will get it sorted out as soon as possible. 

Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for Sale items or orders using promotional codes.

MODIFY OR CHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER

At this moment, we regret to inform that we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

However, you may mail back the order as a return or exchange. Kindly refer to our return & exchange policy here.
